That’s how clients describe Michael Meier, managing partner of The Meier Group.  Michael Meier knows New York. He grew up just over the George Washington Bridge in New Jersey, got a degree in finance from Manhattan’s Sy Syms School of Business and now makes his home in the city. 

Michael began his career selling office equipment and software in Manhattan, and within two years, had closed more than $1 million in sales and won a host of sales awards. With his earnings, he began investing in Manhattan real estate, and found his true career calling. 

After working briefly as a mortgage broker, Michael became a real estate broker. In his direct experience with more than 500 transactions, he has developed into an expert on pricing, negotiating and innovative marketing strategies. A forward thinker who embraces new technologies, including green companies, he is an active participant in conventions such as those run by the Inman Conference Center, the real estate industry’s most authoritative source on market conditions. 

Working with various brokerage models and in senior positions in other top performing brokerage teams at Prudential Douglas Elliman has given Michael the knowledge and skills needed to make The Meier Group a success. Michael and his team of top real estate professional offer their clients the highest degree of professionalism and expertise – and a promise of quality service.
