That’s how clients describe Michael Meier, managing partner of The Meier Group. Michael Meier knows New York. He grew up just over the George Washington Bridge in New Jersey, got a degree in finance from Manhattan’s Sy Syms School of Business and now makes his home in the city.
Michael began his career selling office equipment and software in Manhattan, and within two years, had closed more than $1 million in sales and won a host of sales awards. With his earnings, he began investing in Manhattan real estate, and found his true career calling.
After working briefly as a mortgage broker, Michael became a real estate broker. In his direct experience with more than 500 transactions, he has developed into an expert on pricing, negotiating and innovative marketing strategies. A forward thinker who embraces new technologies, including green companies, he is an active participant in conventions such as those run by the Inman Conference Center, the real estate industry’s most authoritative source on market conditions.

Diane’s experience in Manhattan real estate sales began over 7 years ago as an assistant to a Top Manhattan broker. She learned the ins and outs of finding the best inventory with a focus on people’s needs and wants, aggressive negotiation skills and out of the box property marketing. When she moved from that position to become a real estate salesperson, Diane joined one of the top ranking Real Estate groups in the city at Prudential Douglas Elliman. There Diane “cut her teeth” on many transactions that further exposed her to the varying circumstances buyers and sellers find themselves in, which also taught her the skills of bringing deals to a successful close. Buyers and sellers alike are continually impressed with Diane’s indefatigable nature of doing whatever it takes to help them reach their real estate goals. Though she takes her client’s business very seriously, Diane prefers to work with her clients in a way that is comforting and relaxing to them through what she understands can sometimes be an anxious process. She will make you laugh and smile as she helps you navigate the property options in Manhattan, the paperwork of a sale or purchase and offer a network of connections to the best people in the financing, design and other real estate related fields that can assist you as well.
