That’s how clients describe Michael Meier, managing partner of The Meier Group. Michael Meier knows New York. He grew up just over the George Washington Bridge in New Jersey, got a degree in finance from Manhattan’s Sy Syms School of Business and now makes his home in the city.
Michael began his career selling office equipment and software in Manhattan, and within two years, had closed more than $1 million in sales and won a host of sales awards. With his earnings, he began investing in Manhattan real estate, and found his true career calling.
After working briefly as a mortgage broker, Michael became a real estate broker. In his direct experience with more than 500 transactions, he has developed into an expert on pricing, negotiating and innovative marketing strategies.
